A two section Nordic Walking Pole, suitable for both beginner and experienced Nordic Walkers. The easy to use Wing Lock pole adjustment allows quick pole length changes. Pole sections are 7075 aluminium for the ultimate combination of strength and reliability. An ergonomic cork grip and wrist support strap ensures comfort for long walks. The Training Speed poles measure 86cm closed, and 130cm at maximum extension. Weight per pair is 450 grams.
