WHO YOU ARE

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for the outdoors? Mont Adventure Equipment is seeking a talented Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience. From digital content and marketing materials to product packaging, your designs will help tell our story and strengthen our brand presence.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Develop engaging graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.

• Print and publication production.

• Interactive design production for workbooks.

• Design packaging, promotional materials, and other brand-related visuals.

• Collaborate with the content team to create visual assets for our upcoming short films and other media projects.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements and communications.

• Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with our strategic goals and values.
  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Tertiary level design qualification.

• Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, and colour theory.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for outdoor adventure and a keen understanding of our brand values and target audience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
