ORDERING WITH MONT

Orders placed before noon AEST Monday to Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after noon AEST Monday to Friday or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Public holidays are not considered business days.

Orders will be shipped to your nominated delivery address which can be either your home, business or Post Office box. We do prefer that you nominate a delivery address where somebody will be available to accept the package and sign for the delivery.

Mont Adventure Equipment will not be responsible for orders that are left at unattended addresses.

Orders that contain multiple items will not be split and shipped to more than one address. If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses then we suggest you place separate orders.

Bulky and or heavy items will be subject to a freight surcharge. The cost of shipping bulky or heavy items will be calculated and added to your order invoice.

Orders placed before noon AEST Monday to Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after noon AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note that public holidays and weekends are not classified as a business day and orders will not be shipped on these days.

For orders up to 5kg in weight you can expect delivery within 2 – 5 working days for most areas of Australia. For heavy or bulky items delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Some rural or remote areas may take a little longer to receive deliveries.

These delivery time estimates do not apply for International or New Zealand deliveries.

If an order does not arrive on time then the order can be returned to Mont Adventure Equipment for a full credit.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

If you spend more than $75.00 in any one order we will deliver your order free of charge within Australia. For purchases under $75.00 a $10.00 delivery charge will apply.

Click & Collect is only available from the Mont Shop at 18 Pirie Street Fyshwick ACT.

To use Click & Collect select Click & Collect from the delivery method options at the checkout. 

Click & Collect orders will be ready for collection no later than 2 hours after or by 11am on the next business day after being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email when ready for collection.

For Click & Collect orders placed on the weekend or after 3.30pm Friday, they will not be available for collection until the next business day unless otherwise notified.

Click & Collect is only available from the Mont Shop at 18 Pirie Street Fyshwick ACT 2609 Australia during normal business hours.

New Zealand Orders

Free Shipping to New Zealand on orders over $150AUD. For purchases under AUD$150.00 a AUD$25.00 delivery charge will apply.

Orders will be shipped to your nominated delivery address which can be either your home, business or Post Office box. We do prefer that you nominate a delivery address where somebody will be available to accept the package and sign for the delivery.

Mont Adventure Equipment will not be responsible for orders that are left at unattended addresses.

International orders are shipped via Australian Post and/or partner couriers and shipping companies unless organised with the Mont customer service team.

Orders shipped outside Australia will not include Australian Goods and Services Tax.

All import duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and or purchaser. Mont Adventure Equipment takes no responsibility for any additional import charges involved with the delivery of an order to its final destination. For detailed information on import duties and taxes, contact your local customs office.

International order delivery may take between 3-10 days or more depending on location and type of freight service requested. We are not responsible for any delays on the delivery of orders due to delays in local customs clearances or public holidays.

Australian export regulations require that the exact value of the item or items is declared and that the items are identified as dutiable merchandise for customs purposes. Under the Australian Export regulations it is also prohibited to identify any order as a “Gift” and therefore we are unable to do so even if the item has been purchased with the intention of sending to a third party as a gift.
