If your inquiry is regarding dispatch times for online orders: We are working to get all orders posted as quickly as we can though there will be delays of some days, you will receive a confirmation as soon as your items have been posted.
 
If your inquiry is regarding a returned item: Our PO Box will be cleared at the earliest opportunity. All returns/exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
 
If your inquiry is about cancelling an online order: Please ensure your email includes all relevant details about the order, and we will cancel it as soon as possible.
 
If your inquiry is regarding hired equipment: Hired equipment can be returned to the Mont Shop when it is again open. You will not be charged a late fee.

ORDERING WITH MONT

While Mont is promptly dispatching orders, shipping is taking longer than expected because of the high volume of online orders being placed during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours or on the next business day. If you require your gear quickly please get in touch with Mont on 02 6162 0900.

Orders will be shipped to your nominated delivery address which can be either your home, business or Post Office box. We do prefer that you nominate a delivery address where somebody will be available to accept the package and sign for the delivery.

Mont Adventure Equipment will not be responsible for orders that are left at unattended addresses.

If you would like your order left at the shipping address even if unattended, please check the "Authority to Leave" checkbox on the Cart/Shopping Cart page.

Orders that contain multiple items will not be split and shipped to more than one address. If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses then we suggest you place separate orders.

Bulky and or heavy items will be subject to a freight surcharge. The cost of shipping bulky or heavy items will be calculated and added to your order invoice.

If an order does not arrive on time then the order can be returned to Mont Adventure Equipment for a full credit.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

If you spend more than $75.00 in any one order we will deliver your order free of charge within Australia. For purchases under $75.00 a $10.00 delivery charge will apply.

Click & Collect is only available from the Mont Shop at 18 Pirie Street Fyshwick ACT between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Due to high order volume and low staff numbers, we require at least 3
business hours to prepare Click & Collect orders. Thank you for your

You will receive an email when your Click & Collect order is ready for collection. This email will include instructions for collection.

We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready within 24 hours or on the next business day, though Canberra's lockdown restrictions may cause some delay

Click & Collect is only available from the Mont Shop at 18 Pirie Street Fyshwick ACT 2609 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

For Queanbeyan/Canberra Express Shipping, orders must be placed by midday weekdays, with a residential or business delivery address within the ACT or Queanbeyan, include a phone number, and ideally delivery instructions if no-one is home when the courier attempts delivery. Parcel tracking is not available on orders shipped with Queanbeyan/Canberra Express Shipping.

Queanbeyan/Canberra Express Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and some government buildings including Parliament House.

Queanbeyan/Canberra Express Shipping is not available on Christmas Eve, for the week following Christmas, or on weekends or public holidays.

New Zealand Orders

Free Shipping to New Zealand on orders over $150AUD. For purchases under AUD$150.00 a AUD$25.00 delivery charge will apply.

International orders are shipped via Australian Post and/or partner couriers and shipping companies unless organised with the Mont customer service team.

Orders shipped outside Australia will not include Australian Goods and Services Tax.

All import duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and or purchaser. Mont Adventure Equipment takes no responsibility for any additional import charges involved with the delivery of an order to its final destination. For detailed information on import duties and taxes, contact your local customs office.

International order delivery may take between 3-10 days or more depending on location and type of freight service requested. We are not responsible for any delays on the delivery of orders due to delays in local customs clearances or public holidays.

Australian export regulations require that the exact value of the item or items is declared and that the items are identified as dutiable merchandise for customs purposes. Under the Australian Export regulations it is also prohibited to identify any order as a “Gift” and therefore we are unable to do so even if the item has been purchased with the intention of sending to a third party as a gift.
