WRAP certification ensures factories follow strict guidelines to prevent abuse, forced labour, child labour, unlawful workplace conditions or practices, unsafe or unhealthy workplaces and discrimination, to ensure staff get fair and lawful working hours, compensation and benefits, and that factories meet security standards, environmental standards and applicable customs standards.
