A Message from Doug Chatten

While the weather report is no longer current, the motivation for a gear shakedown and excitement for what will be a great season is nothing but infectious and too good not to share.

Doug Chatten, backcountry guide with Snowy Mountains Backcountry, has been skiing the Main Range for over 30 years, representing Mont as an Ambassador and using Mont gear for 25 years, and working in the NSW Snowy Mountains professionally for 20 years.

When it comes to backcountry skiing on the Main Range, there isn't anyone we trust more than Doug: His knowledge, experience and abilities are second to none.
