Like its neighbour La Baguette, the Travelboard is also designed for indoor and outdoor warm-up and training. When warming up, the Travelboard reduces the risk of injuries.
When training, it is particularly suitable for strengthening the passive and active structures of the fingers and forearms during traction and suspension exercises.
The Travelboard has 2 tilt modes, 3 pockets (25mm, 15mm and 10mm) to vary the spacing of the hands, 2 monos wide enough for the isolation of the muscle development of the fingers + a jug.
