Pleased to see the introduction of Mont Mojo shorts and pants using stretch material. Bought both, tried them, and I’m reverting to the Mont Adventure Light or another brand. Why my Mojo shorts and pants will not be going on my next trip: - a ‘belt’ that doesn’t cross waist closure is decorative, adds weight, and is only semi functional - replacing the stud closure with a button is a backward step - using a button beside the strange ‘belt’ means it will inevitably pull the button if you are active - a zipped pocket less (women’s model) - mobile phone fell out of one of my Mojo short’s pockets, it just doesn’t feel as deep Summary you need to add a belt (more weight for already heavier pants and shorts) and deal with a zipped pocket less.

    I now have two pairs!

I love these pants, I find the belt bit helps me tighten them and is very useful the fact it doesn't go over the button is good as it doesn't push the button into your stomach when you tighten it. I also dont see the problem with a button over press stud. Ive had press stud pants (on my bike pants) POP open when ive gone to bend over They are comfortable, fit really well *size16 175cm 84Kgs I love the fact the pack pocket has a bit of a hood on it to stop things falling out, (and maybe a bit of rain! only criticism is that there isn't' two back pockets for day to day use, but the front thigh pocket is more useful once you have a pack on.
